College student writing about the daily ups and downs of being healthy!
Writing in my journal allows me to reflect on what is going on in my life. It gives me peace of mine because I realize all the good that is in my life. It gives me happiness because I get all my worries off my mind. It gives me hope because I see the positive things that may come in the future. Today, I challenge you to take 5-10 minutes of your time to reflect on everything going on in your life. I did it this week as part of my resolution for the year and I hope you find time to do so too. Remember that it is all the small things that truly make your life amazing :) Good luck on all of your New Years resolutions!
With next week/ next month being really busy with school assignments, studying, International Student Association events, and work, it is going to be important to find a balance of both. I am hoping to be productive while taking time to relax. It is important not to burn out from stress. One way I plan to balance both is studying in the library and also taking time to exercise/ do yoga. Let next month be the month when you find out what works for you in terms of balancing school and relaxation <3
This Call Me Maybe squat challenge by Blogilates is perfect. Is the right amount of exercise and really tones your butt/ thighs. I recommend this to anyone who likes doing stretches and also to people who like working out at home.

Made these spring rolls the other day. So delicious and easy to make. I would recommend this dish to anyone who wants to eat healthy and try something new. The wraps were fun to roll up! Thank you to Blogilates for the recipe!
Let’s BEAT PROCRASTINATION!!! I hope this video helps you deal with procrastination and have a productive summer :)
Getting in the swing of eating healthy again is not easy. Just remember that it is the small changes that will make the most difference.
Starting my day with Fage Total 0% with raspberry and an Americano coffee with skim milk : ) yummm
Wonderful video on tips to help you lose weight! I am going to start implementing one or two of these tips and then add more. I keep on saying that I am going to lose 2-5 pounds, but I have not been sticking to it. I now know that it is best to implement one thing at a time. You really need to stick to it before adding anything else. Changing too much at once can leave you frustrated and in turn, you won’t have accomplished anything. I hope this video gives you good tips and good luck on your journey of being the healthy person you want to be!
